The Paphinia Seaview Apartments are located right on the seafront with superb views of Paphos Harbour and castle. The beach is just a two minute walk from the apartments and the new improved beach area flying the European Blue Flag is just a 3-4 minute walk from the apartments. Paphos airport is only 15km away.
This is a peaceful aparthotel set in beautiful surroundings with wonderful views. Set in a central location, you are only a few minutes walk away from all the facilities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
These spacious apartments have been totally renovated to a very high standard which includes granite-type flooring throughout, double glazing, luxury bathrooms as well as a kitchenette with microwave oven and washing machine. The flats are fully air conditioned and have a large private balcony. The apartments are cleaned five times a week and towels and linen are changed twice a week. The "Superior Deluxe" apartments enjoy all of the facilities above but also include: flat screen television with satellite channels (Euronews, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Sky News, Movies, CNN, Bloomberg, Eurosport), electric cooker, power shower and hair dryer. Please Note: Air Conditioning is an extra charge.
Guests are only 4km away from Paphos old town where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes. The three best golf courses on the island are to be found in the Paphos area and are only 20 minutes away. You are a few minutes walk from the beach where you will find various water sports available such as diving and windsurfing. You are also only a few minutes from the castle and main harbour which are both well worth a visit. Car rental is available so you can explore the rest of the island in comfort.
If air conditioning is required there is a charge payable locally (5 euros for one unit, 7 euros for 2 and 9 euros for 3 units).PLEASE NOTE THIS RESORT DOES NOT HAVE A SWIMMING POOL.
Paphina does have a reception on site. You collect the keys at the office (ASK & D AGROTIS PROPERTY) hours are 8 am until 4 pm Monday to Friday (Tel: 26954088). Outside office hours (i.e. after 4 pm on weekdays and over the weekends and public holidays) the guests will find the key to their apartment right in the corner of the kitchen window-sill nearest to the apartment front door. The main thing to note is that our small reception in the square is to be found just two yards away from the one and only PIZZA EXPRESS restaurant in Paphos. Every Paphos taxi /bus driver should know where to find this. A notice on the large front window of this small reception in the Pizza Express square clients should clearly see an A4 sheet of paper which states:- WELCOME TO PAPHINIA MR. & MRS. ..... YOUR FLAT NUMBER IS .....
