Newly renovated in 2009 there are 50 pentis (Breton bungalows) plus 2 room apartments for 2 people and 4 room apartment for 6 people. All apartments with a small garden or balcony and garden furniture. Some apartments are equipped with fireplaces. Each apartment has a mini fridge, microwave, flat-screen television, safety deposit boxes and heated towel rails in the bathrooms. The apartments is 48 square metres and the studio is 20- 22 square metres.
Children's clubs are open during French school holidays. The clubs operate from 11/04 to 02/05, 27/06 to 29/08 and from 24/10 to 31/10. Children and teenagers are catered for in age-specific clubs which offer organized activities for each group. The Renardeaux Club for 3-5 years is open Monday to Friday half days + 1 full day it offers 1 Leo Evening and creative activities supervised by group leaders in specially designed areas. Robinsons Club for 6-10 years is open Monday to Friday for half days + 1 full day. The Leo meetings include the Clown show: Zac and Colbert, a puppet show, the Leo party, special children's cinema and a fantasy show. Juniors 11-13 years and Teens 14-17 years have their own activities organized. Guests can choose fitness and sport activities from hiking to horseback riding, cycling to sailing, kayaking on the river or sea rafting, running to swimming.
