Set within walled gardens, these Beach Villas are the height of luxury, providing probably the most spacious and best-located accommodation along the coast. Properties are arranged over three floors and all have stunning sea views, particularly from the spectacular top terrace, just one of the four terraces you can enjoy in each villa. Each beachfront villa sleeps six to eight people. The ground level comprises living room with widescreen TV, DVD player, satellite TV, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, hallway and terrace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms and a terrace. The second floor has the master en-suite double bedroom leading to a large terrace. All are air conditioned, feature luxurious furnishings and high ceilings and come complete with fully fitted kitchens, large living and dining rooms and an extra sofa bed in the living area.

Please note if you driving from BODRUM AIRPORT to ALTINKUM the driving directions are as follows:- On Leaving the airport head towards Izmir, not Bodrum. When you have reached the town Milas turn left at the traffic lights signpostered Izmir, this is the main Bodrum road. Stay on this road, you will enter a tunnel and then Bafa Lake will come into view on your right. Pass Bafa Lake you then go up hill and come to a small dual carriage way, look for the turning on your left which will take you to Akbuk. The first turning you come to on your right, turn right signposted Didim, landmark, brick works on the T junction on the right hand side. Once on this road be very careful this road is very busy, has bad corners and is very bumpy with lots of holes. You will come into Didm, at the traffic lights on the roundabout, go straight on, landmark, the Belediye (council offices) on your left hand side, onto the dual carriage way. When you reach the next set of lights on the roundabout, go straight on the dual carriage way. You will come to a cross road, straight over you will then come to a T junction, turn left. Be careful on this road again has it is very bumpy with lots of pot holes, you will go by a lot of new apartments just being built on your left. You will hit a small straight part of the road, with apartments on both sides. About 1 mile past these the road goes off to your left or straight on, you need to fork to your left. Stay on this road you can see the Villa's on your left, you will see a turning to your left signposted Imbat Beach turn left there, and follow the road round to you reach the main entrance.

These villas are cleaned prior to your arrival and are then only serviced once weekly (ie. after departure for one week's visit or the middle of a two week stay) so replacement items (toilet rolls etc) may have to be purchased by yourselves. IMPORTANT NOTE: After making your booking, please call (0044) (0) 1495 773333 to advise the accommodation supplier of your flight details. This is required in order to arrange key collection. In case of an emergency please contact the Artemis customer service number 0090531838531. Airport transfers to the resort are available on request. If you have booked transfers with Artemis collect your luggage and leave the airport terminal by the main exit doors. Please locate a driver holding an Artemis/Mansion Tour sign. The driver will have all of your details and will transfer you to your booked accommodation. A �5.00 per villa per night supplement is payable locally for use of the air conditioning in July and August.
