Just 40 minutes drive from Glasgow and nestling on the wooded slopes of a small coastal village, Wemyss Bay holiday park enjoys spectacular sea views across the Firth of Clyde towards the magnificent Isle of Bute. Wemyss Bay is a perfect base to explore the South West of Scotland and the nearby isles of Bute and Arran and an ideal retreat for a relaxing break in this picturesque region of Scotland.

The Wemyss Bay Caravans Park consist of two and three bedroom caravans all are furnished to a high standard and have been cleverly designed to give spacious and contemporary interiors to its guest. All rooms are equipped with: television, kitchen and shower. Additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. Bed linen and duvets provided. Gas and electricity included. Non smoking caravans are available. The two bedroom Byron caravan (with one double and one twin) can accomodate 4 to 6 people. The three bedroom Burns caravan (with one double, one twin and one with bunk beds) can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

You�ll find a great array of attractions within easy reach of our holiday parks. Renfrewshire�s coast is the setting for beautifully preserved Newark Castle, once hidden by the shipyards that surrounded it and now offering a fascinating visit. Also well worth exploring is the great Abbey at Paisley, a town so strongly associated with the textile industry it gave its name to the patterned cloth woven here. And don�t forget there are regular ferries to the lovely islands of Bute and Arran within easy reach of our holiday parks in Renfrewshire. Ramblers and nature lovers will head to the miles of woodland walks and glorious moorland, lochside and coastal scenery of the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. Extending from Greenock down the Clyde coast and inland, it reaches as far as Lochwinnoch, also the setting for an RSPB nature reserve - a magical mix of woods, marsh and meadowland, home to abundant wildlife. Other attractions includes: Castle House Museum, Vikingar Largs, Loch Fyne Miniature Railway and shopping centres. Please note some of the activities are 10 to 30km away from the park.
